She successfully argued motions and appeals before Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals, demonstrating her ability to navigate complex legal matters. Marisa's prior experience as a law clerk at Houston and Woodlands law firms further expanded her expertise in business and family-based immigration, civil law, and family law, where she assisted in cases involving child custody, parental rights, and inheritance matters.
