Emergency crews responded to a crash in El Paso’s Lower Valley near the intersection of Stiles and N. Carolina on Sunday morning, May 25, 2025. The El Paso Fire Department arrived at the scene shortly after 10:40 a.m., where they worked to extricate two individuals trapped in a vehicle.

According to official reports, five individuals were assessed at the scene. Two patients suffered serious injuries and were transported to a local hospital for urgent medical care. A third individual with minor injuries was also taken to the hospital. Two additional people were evaluated on-site but declined further treatment or transport.

Authorities have not yet released information about the cause of the accident. The incident remains under investigation.
