EL PASO, Texas — A tragic early-morning crash in Northeast El Paso claimed the life of a motorcyclist and injured another. Authorities say 24-year-old Jose Francisco Acevedo Osorio drove under the influence and rear-ended two motorcycles on the 10900 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard around 3:18 a.m. One rider, 32-year-old Eduardo Adrian Munoz, died at the scene. Meanwhile, 25-year-old Gilbert Lincon suffered serious injuries and was hospitalized. Police arrested Acevedo and charged him with intoxicated manslaughter and intoxicated assault with a vehicle. They set his bond at $250,000. Munoz’s death marks the 51st traffic fatality in El Paso this year. For more details visit KFOX.
