Tucumcari, New Mexico (January 9, 2024) — One person was killed in a multi-vehicle car accident outside of Tucumcari on Monday. Others were injured in the collision.
New Mexico State Police arrived at the accident scene on the westbound side of the I-40 near the 291-mile marker.
The NMSP is still investigating the cause of the crash.
