Wichita Falls, TX — Kenneth Askew, 58, was driving at a high rate of speed going northbound attempting to pass other vehicles. The vehicle then collided with a van going southbound by a Weatherford local.

Both vehicles caught on fire and burned. Both drivers died at the scene.
