Grand Prairie, — A single car traveling along Interstate 20 in Grand Prairie was speeding around 10 PM. The crash took place near State Highway 161.

One of the five passengers in the speeding vehicle Derrick Hall, 17, sustained serious injuries after the accident. After arriving at the hospital he died.

The other four passengers, which names were not disclosed, sustain non-life-threatening injuries and are expected to survive the accident.

Police continue to investigate the accident.
