Provide Necessary Information

To successfully request an Accident Report in El Paso, you must provide:

  • The exact date of the accident
  • The location of the crash
  • The name(s) of the person involved in the crash
  • The case number (if you have it)
  • Your return address (if you are requesting the report by mail)

Prepare For The Fees

Fees are not due at the time of the request, but they are charged when the accident report is delivered or picked up. Depending on your mode of request, the fees can be any of the following:

  • $1.50 fee for reports requested by mail
  • $6.00 for the report
  • $2.00 for certified copy (if you need one)
