At Tawney, Acosta & Chaparro P.C., we are committed to helping those that have been injured either in or out of the workplace. Our law offices are located in both New Mexico and Texas, and our lawyers are licensed to practice law in both states. At our firm, we work relentlessly on behalf of our clients, who are often facing the most difficult times of their lives.
We understand that when our clients come to see us they may be dealing with significant medical bills, pain and suffering, lost wages, or other hardships.
This may include mourning the loss of a loved one who has been fatally injured. In these unfortunate situations, we understand that our clients rely on us to seek justice through the legal system.
When we take a case, we recognize the significance of what is at stake for our client. Therefore, we offer only aggressive, competent representation. Our lawyers have significant experience both dealing with insurance adjusters and arguing a case to a jury. We push our cases in an effort to obtain the best compensation available to the client. Our goal is to send messages within the New Mexico and Texas communities that those who violate safety rules and standards will be held accountable.
Our team at Tawney, Acosta & Chaparro P.C., consists of proven and capable attorneys and staff that work tirelessly with the client’s interests in mind.
We instill confidence in our clients in their time of need that they chose the right law firm to handle their case.
