Ryan T. Saylor is an experienced litigator with a career spanning service as a U.S. Army Judge Advocate, Assistant District Attorney, in-house counsel for a national insurer, partner at a national law firm, and owner of a boutique litigation law firm. His diverse legal background includes both defending major companies and representing individuals in high-stakes personal injury matters – experience that gives him a rare and valuable perspective in the courtroom.

Before joining Tawney, Acosta & Chaparro P.C., much of Ryan’s practice was on the defense side, yet some of his most meaningful work came when he was the plaintiff’s attorney and represented friends and family members injured through the negligence of others. These cases ignited his passion for personal injury law and his commitment to securing justice and fair compensation for those in their most difficult moments.

Ryan has extensive trial experience in oilfield and industrial death and injury cases, commercial trucking death and injury cases, premises liability matters, and insurance bad faith claims, the vast majority of which involved multi-million-dollar disputes.
