According to the El Paso Fire Department, two individuals were transported to a local hospital. One person sustained minor injuries and was taken by ambulance, while another suffered life-threatening injuries and was transported via Fire Star emergency transport.
El Paso Police have confirmed that the westbound lanes of I-10 at Paisano remain closed as the investigation continues. Drivers are being asked to exit at the Paisano/Chelsea Exit 2B to avoid delays.
