A serious multi-car crash on US-54 northbound near the Cassidy exit in El Paso injured eight people. The El Paso Fire Department reported that emergency crews airlifted one person with serious injuries to a hospital via FireStar helicopter. Six others with minor injuries traveled by ambulance, and one individual chose not to go to the hospital. Emergency responders quickly assisted everyone at the scene. Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
